Elsevier社でのオープンアクセス推進に係る論文掲載料支援制度を開始します（3/7説明会実施→アーカイブ公開中） / OA Promotion Support Program (Elsevier) will start

2025年1月1日より、Springer Nature社が発行するジャーナルでの論文のオープンアクセス（OA）出版を支援する「オープンアクセス推進に係る論文掲載料支援制度」を実施しております。
この度、2025年4月1日から、Elsevier社（ScienceDirect）が発行するジャーナルでの論文のOA出版に対しても支援を開始します。この制度により、定価のAPCよりも安価なOA出版負担金で、論文のOA出版を選択することが可能となります。
また、同日よりElsevier社の一部対象ジャーナルでのOA出版に際して必要となる論文掲載料（APC）の割引も開始します。

Elsevier社での「オープンアクセス推進に係る論文掲載料支援制度」の開始にあたって、制度の詳細と、制度の開始に伴い一部変更となるElsevier社の論文出版手続システムの説明会を開催します。

Kumamoto University has implemented the “Open Access Promotion APC Support Program” from January 1, 2025 to support OA publishing of article in journals published by Springer Nature. From April 1, 2025, we will also start supporting OA publishing of article in journals published by Elsevier (ScienceDirect).This program will allow you to choose OA publishing of articles for an " Author Contribution Fee ". In addition, from the same day, a discount on the publication fee (APC) required for OA publication in some Elsevier journals will also be available.
