論文のオープンアクセス（OA）出版を支援する「オープンアクセス推進に係る論文掲載料支援制度」の支援対象を拡大し、2026年1月1日からはAmerican Chemical Society（ACS）が発行する全てのジャーナルとOxford University Press（OUP）の対象ハイブリッドジャーナルでの論文のOA出版に対しても支援を開始します。この制度により、定価のAPCよりも安価なOA出版負担金で、論文のOA出版を選択することが可能となります。
また、同日よりOxford University PressのフルOAジャーナルでのOA出版に際して必要となる論文掲載料（APC）の割引も開始します。

We are expanding the scope of our "Open Access Promotion APC Support Program" which supports the open access (OA) publishing of articles, and from January 1, 2026, will begin supporting the OA publication of articles in all journals published by the American Chemical Society (ACS) and eligible hybrid journals from Oxford University Press (OUP). This program will allow you to choose OA publishing of articles for an "Author Contribution Fee". Also from the same day, we will begin offering discount on the article processing charge (APC) required for OA publishing in Oxford University Press's full OA journals.
